Cancellation Policy

By booking or using our mobile detailing and car wash services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Customer Utility Requirement: Our mobile detailing services require access to the customer's water supply and electrical outlet. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the customer is responsible for providing a working outdoor water source and a standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the vehicle(s). If water or electricity is unavailable upon arrival: Services may be delayed, modified, or canceled. A cancellation or trip fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate utilities are not available or if working conditions are deemed unsafe. If we offer self-contained services using our own water and power, additional fees may apply and must be agreed upon before the appointment.
